Montage

Greetings loyal readers.  I have what I can only call a montage for you today.  I am going to drop several ideas into one post because I don’t have enough to make several posts out of them.
But first I’d like to withdraw my name from any Vice-Presidential considerations.  There has been much talk as of late in the media about who Senators McCain and Obama will ask to round out their respective tickets and while I have not been contacted by either, I do not feel this is the best time for me or my family to be thrust into the national limelight.
It may seem foolish to withdraw at such an early stage but with my wedding approaching in a year, I do not believe Back would take kindly to my disrupting her carefully coordinated march to the altar.
Now that I have that out of the way…

Second, I’d like to reiterate why I’m not voting for John McCain: Sen. McCain in People Magazine: “What’s the last movie you saw?”/”Indiana Jones.  I really loved the movie because the old guy wins.”  End of story.  See my earlier post if you don’t know what I mean.

Fair Play to the Queen

Moving on, I like to write out numbers under 100. I’ve always thought it looked tacky to write 15 when it isn’t that much work to spell out fifteen. Does anyone agree?

How much are tires these days? Mine are going bad and I need new ones. I suppose for what I get out of them I shouldn’t complain but they do seem expensive.

We’re moving in the next couple of months and I am not looking forward to the idea of switching all of my bills to the new address and getting new internet/DVR service since my room mate has those in his name. Shouldn’t it be easier? I guess the internet has made it easier but still.

When’s the last time you backed up your documents folder or pictures folder? Yeah, that’s what I thought. They say in the world of backing up you’re either 100% or 0. Should zero be spelled out since it is technically less than both 100 and ten?

Josh, if you’re reading this, you’re in my wedding.

Ok, we’re leaving for Senior Production at my job/high school. The students write their own play/musical? and it is basically satire. I’m being impersonated my a senior from my first semester. Back will be happy because I have to introduce her as “my fiancé.”
